Terms of Service

These Terms apply to your use of the HOTX AI website, Creative Agent, image and video generation, Canvas, short dramas, assets, publishing, and credit top-ups.

By registering, signing in, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept them on its behalf.

Provide accurate, usable registration information, protect your password and devices, and take responsibility for account activity. If you discover unauthorized access, change your password and contact the operator through Help immediately.

You may not resell accounts, register in bulk, impersonate others, or bypass permission, concurrency, credit, or risk controls. We may limit unusual requests, pause high-risk operations, or require verification to protect users and the service.

You retain rights in content you lawfully upload. To fulfill your requests, you grant the service permission to store, copy, transcode, transmit, and process that content as necessary; this does not transfer ownership to us.

You must have the necessary copyright, trademark, likeness, voice, privacy, and other permissions for your materials and prompts. Do not request content likely to mislead, defraud, or harm another person's rights.

You may use generated results where law and upstream model terms allow. AI output may resemble other content and is not guaranteed to be exclusive, copyrightable, or suitable for a specific commercial purpose. Review it before publishing and accept responsibility for its use.

Agent responses and generated results come from automated models and may contain factual errors, omissions, bias, visual defects, or unusable output. The service is not legal, medical, investment, or other professional advice.

Models, speed, parameters, and result counts vary with configuration, provider capabilities, networks, and safety requirements. Running tasks may take time; follow the page status and do not submit the same task repeatedly.

The top-up amount, server-quoted credits, promotion, exchange-rate version, and payment method are defined by the top-up page and order snapshot. Review the order before paying; payment is complete only after the channel confirms it and the system verifies the order status.

Generation tasks deduct credits according to the displayed model, parameters, quantity, and rules. Eligible credits are automatically returned when the system classifies a task as failed or cancelled. Successfully delivered or consumed work, and costs caused by illegal submissions, are not automatically refundable.

For an order refund, submit the order number and reason through the operator's published support channel. Eligibility, scope, arrival time through the original payment channel, and reversal of credited funds depend on the top-up terms, applicable law, and final decision. Do not pay or apply for the same order twice.

Do not upload, generate, or distribute criminal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, inappropriate minor-related, maliciously false, privacy-violating, fraudulent, impersonating, malware, or safeguard-evasion content.

Public works may undergo automated or human review, reports, removal, and appeals. To protect users and the platform, we may reject tasks, remove public content, restrict features, or suspend accounts; serious legal risks may be preserved and reported as required by law.

We work to keep the service stable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent model availability, or that every result meets subjective expectations. Maintenance, provider failures, networks, force majeure, and legal requirements may cause delays, interruptions, or changes.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, lost expected profit, or loss caused by failure to back up important work, verify AI output, or obtain rights to materials. Liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited remains unaffected.

You can delete creative records or request account deletion. Deletion follows media-reference protection, transaction-record, and legal-retention requirements; see the Privacy Policy for details.

We may update these Terms when features, providers, prices, or laws change. Important changes will be announced in the service, at sign-in, or through renewed consent; review the updated version before continuing.

For disputes about orders, content decisions, privacy, or these Terms, first contact the operator through Help and published support channels. Applicable law, jurisdiction, and non-waivable consumer rights depend on the operator's location, your location, and relevant law.
