This policy explains how HOTX AI handles information when you register, create, purchase, and manage your account, and how you can control your data.

You control your creative content
Your conversations, projects, prompts, and media are used to provide features you request and are not shown publicly unless you publish or share them.
AI requests pass through third parties
When you generate text, images, video, or audio, required prompts, parameters, and selected reference materials are sent to the model provider that performs the task.
Access, export, and account deletion
In Profile you can manage details, review orders and credit records, export account data, and submit or withdraw an account-deletion request.
Information we process
Account data includes username, display name, email, avatar, encrypted password credentials, sign-in and security records, and the versions and times when you accepted this policy and the Terms.
Creative and project data includes text, prompts, attachments, creative conversations, Canvas, short dramas, assets, generation parameters, task status, and generated results.
Top-up and transaction data includes orders, payment-channel transaction status, quote snapshots, credit balances and activity, and refunds. We do not store or display complete bank-card information on the page.
Device and operational data includes IP address, browser information, request times, errors, and necessary audit records used for sign-in security, rate limiting, and troubleshooting.
Why we process information
We use it to create and protect accounts, restore conversations and projects, run generation tasks, display and download results, settle payments and credits, and respond to support, security, and deletion requests you initiate.
We also use it to prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and duplicate charges, diagnose service failures, and comply with law. We process only what is needed for the relevant feature.
AI and automated processing
Creative Agent first understands your current request, then chooses available models and parameters. Internal planning prompts, model-selection steps, and execution rules are not shown as your public content.
Model services may process prompts, references, and task parameters and generate text or media. Provider retention and training policies may differ. Avoid unnecessary sensitive data such as identity documents, financial or medical information, and unpublished trade secrets.
AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with reality. Before publishing, commercial use, or important decisions, verify facts, copyright, likeness rights, and compliance risks.
When we provide information to third parties
We provide necessary information to model, payment, email, object-storage, or content-delivery services only when required for a specific feature. They receive only the data needed for that task.
We may disclose necessary information when lawfully required by legislation, courts, or regulators, or to protect users, the platform, and others. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Accounts, projects, conversations, and long-term assets are generally retained until you delete them or close the account. Pre-send attachments stay only in page memory and become account assets after sending. Orders, payments, refunds, and security audits are retained as required by law and disputes.
We use access controls, encrypted credentials, media ownership checks, short-lived signed URLs, operational audits, and backups. No network service can promise absolute security; protect your password and report unusual activity promptly.
Your choices and rights
In Profile you can update details and passwords, view orders, credits, and usage, download media you may access, and export account data.
You can delete creative conversations, Canvas projects, short dramas, assets, or publications. The system first checks whether other projects reference the same media; legitimately referenced files remain until those references are removed, preventing silent breakage.
You can request account deletion in Profile and withdraw it before processing. Deletable account and creative data will be removed or de-identified; legally required transaction, security, and dispute records are isolated for the required period.
Minors, policy updates, and contact
If you are below the age of independent consent for online services where you live, use the service only after a guardian has read and accepted this policy. Do not upload sensitive or inappropriate content about minors.
We may update this policy when features, providers, or laws change. Important changes will be announced in the service, at sign-in, or through renewed consent, and we retain the policy version accepted at registration.
For access, correction, deletion, account closure, or complaints, first use Profile and Help. When manual handling is needed, contact the operator through its published support channel.
